Hi Shar- Great to hear from you. How are you doing? Are you on the Orencia, and how do you feel? Sorry to hear you had to increase your Prednisone. I just saw my new rheumatologist and he said some people never get off Prednisone. I am on 7 mg (tried 6mg did not work) and he said I may be one of them, it sounds like you may be too, but I hope not. Also, I had cataract surgery a few weeks ago and he said Prednisone can cause cataracts. When I increased my Prednisone I did not know at the time that my sedrate had gone up. I felt extra tired, achy and that is when I increased the Prednisone. I guess after all this time, we know when we need the Prednisone. Let me know how you are doing.
