Hi Shar- I am sorry to hear you are still having symptoms, even at 10mg. Actually, I am at 9mg and am about where you are. Still having pain and stiffness. I saw my Rheumatologist today and he is keeping me on the 9mg until April 1, because he thinks I have a reaction to each change in the Prednisone. Also, he said exercise will help the stiffness and insisted that I walk every day. With the winter we are having, I guess I will Mall walk. I looked at your first post- it was two years ago. For me it's three, and this disease is supposed to last for two years. I did have ONE day when I awoke and every symptom was gone. I didn't know what to do first. But the usual symptoms returned the next day. I hope you feel better soon. Best wishes, Ida.
