Hi Shar- I hope you are feeling better and breathing easier. It makes me wonder, the drugs do help, but it seems there is a price to pay with the side effects. I hope your echocardiogram comes out OK. Please let me know. I think you also know (after all this time) how to taper the Prednisone for what is best for you. I am on 16/15 mg now and can actually feel the difference from when I was on 20 mg and when I was on 6 mg. I didn't realize it at the time, but when I was taking 6 mg it was not helping at all. Of course, 20 mg made a big difference. Hope you are feeling better and that all your tests have good results. Good luck and best wishes, Ida
