Hi Ida, It's very good to hear from you! You are making great progress in tapering your Prednisone. Wow! Maybe your PMR is about gone. That would be wonderful. I am stuck at 12mg of Prednisone. I am also on Enbrel, MTX, and Mobic. I had swelling in my feet and ankles last week, which my doctor said was fluid retention from the Mobic, so he had me reduce the Mobic to 1 pill a day, and the swelling went away. He was thinking I might need a mild diuretic, but at this point, probably not since the swelling is gone. I still have fluid retention under my eyes, but that is from Prednisone. I don't like the way it looks, though, so when I see my rheumatologist in 2 weeks, I am going to ask him if there is something that can be done about it. It may mean that I could use a mild diuretic after all. I will leave that up to him to decide, though. After all, I am on quite a few medicines alread and don't relish the idea of taking more unless it is absolutely necessary. Take good care and post soon! Shar
