Hi Shar- Glad to hear from you. Have you started your new medicines yet? How often do you have to take the Kineret injections? I hope that it will help you taper below 10 mg. of Prednisone. I just began the 7 mg taper and unfortunately feel it, but am hoping that it will improve after a few days. Also,I asked my rheumatologist and have started physical therapy. After being inactive for so long, thought it was time to strengthen some of the muscles I haven't used the last few years. It's been a few weeks and there is improvement, but am not signing up for any marathons yet. Please let me know how you are doing on your new medicine regime. Hope it helps you to feel better. Ida
