Good kuck on your surgery. Is this the first? From what I read on the internet, if the tumor has a border and can be removed all at once then you should have nothing to worry about. Mine could not be completely removed during the knee replacement and I was one of the unlucky ones, mine grew back. When the doctor did the surgery this time he found more tumor than he expected and could not do the kind of removal it needed, that is the reason for further surgery. I have no idea how much tumor is in my knee because they cannot do an MRI because of the metal in the replacement. I have found a doctor for a second opinion, he's at Memorial Sloan Kettering here in NYC. Let's see what he says. Good luck find a therapist. Try to line one up before the surgery so when you are ready to start you can get started quickly. The fast you start the better the healing process.
