Zippy, The surgeon who performed my bakers cycst removals (all 4!!), and who ultimately discovered the pvns, mentioned to me that my pvns has also wrapped itself around muscles, arteries, etc. How difficult was it for your surgeon to get at the pvns? My new orthopedic surgeon is calling in a tumor specialist to assist with the pvns removal. Was that the case with your surgery? Was your knee pain reduced after surgery? Or...has the nagging terrible pain returned to the degree it was before your first pvns surgery? It really scares me to have another operation. How was your recovery? I'm hoping to be back to work in 2 weeks and exercising hopefully after 6. Holly
