I have Fibromyalgia and my doctor told me to take Advil and do activities to limber up my body naturally without too much strain, like aquafitness. I also tried a form of Acupuncture, called Acupressure. They attach electrodes to your pressure points, instead of the needles, followed by a deep message. It really helps a lot for me. Acupressure is really worth the try! I have a husband and wife team of Acupressure doctors from Bejing China in my home town who are really great. Hope this helps!
