When my daughter,who has very long hair, was 6 she had a bad case of lice from school. She also has asthma so the lice shampoo bothered her breathing. I tried the lice egg remover. It was gentle on her hair and after carefully combing it out, it got rid of not only the live lice but also the nits.Friends of mine have also used mayonaise and had good results.I think alot of careful combing out with a lice comb will help.
