Hi The first time I had to deal with lice it seemed that it did not want to go away. I kept thinking it was gone. When the school found out they told me to mix oil and viniger together and put it on her hair and cover with a bag for about an hour then wash out. Comb through then. Her hair looked greesy for about 3 days but the lice never came back. Good luck
