Have you used or are you using the head lice treatment called RID. You have to shampoo the hair and then use the fine come that comes with the kit. You can get this at Walmart stores which is the cheapest place. Combing hair with the fine comb gets the nits out. i think it says to use it again in about a week to ten days. Good Luck.
