Look for a NUCCA chiropractor who does Grostic technique for that neck. Then look for a McKenzie Fellow physical therapist for the low back. You can find McKenzie in a search. The NUCCA chiropractors seem to be in larger metro areas and those initials will be below their names. NUCCA means something like National Upper Cercival Cxxxx Assn. I can't remember that second C. I have this procedure done whenever I "list" and hurt clear to my ankle on the left side. My daughter had it done ONE time after an auto accident, and she was completely over it after a good 12-hour sleep. NO pain left. Both of these techniques are like miracles. Good luck.
