Sounds like RSD to me (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) I injured my back and hip and ended up with the sam kind of pain you discribed but in my foot and eventually it spread from my foot up my leg accross my low back and into the other lower leg. Find yourself a good pain management specialist and get with the program of treatments.
