I think you should be seeing a doctor. I fell the first time in 1971 flat down on my bottom just like you and wound up in 1972 having two back surgeries. I went through the years with flareups and yes problems with my bladder. I even had bladder surgery which did not work. Three years ago, I fell again the same way. which made my bladder problems worse, and the numbness like you feel. I also now wear diapers, but I get the pull up Depends. I have been diagnosed with Arachnoiditis which is a nerve disease of the spinal cord, and it affects, your bladder, your bowels, your legs , your feet, your arms, head and eyesight, as it all progresses. The problem that has developed from all of this is I have a Neurogenic Bladder. which the nerve does not work right and won't let me know that I have to go, until I already start going, coughing and sneezing also makes you go. I now use a wheelchair and a walker. there are many thousands and thousands of people that have this disease all caused from different things mostly doctors who claim they know what they are doing but don't, in other words doctor induced. I am not saying that this is what is wrong with you, but the way you fell, could have something to do with your lower back. Yes I am an expert with this. I live through HELL every day of my life. But the thing is not to be afraid of what I am telling you, but to get yourself to a doctor and ask for an MRI with contrast. DO NOT LET THEM DO A MYLEOGRAM OR ANYTHING INVOLVING EPIDURALS.
