I have no idea if your situation is permanent or not. I am not a doctor. However, I'm sure it could be corrected surgically. If not, then I suggest having your doctor fit you for a pessary. This is a rubber coated ring that is inserted and removed regularly for cleaning. It supports the bladder and holds back the urine accidents. It is the next best thing that I know of for dealing with this leakage. Don't let your family or friends get you down. They, too, will have their share of situations that may be tough to deal with and they will need your friendship and support. Incidentally, the pessary is easy to insert, is painless and allows you to continue to have sex. Go for it......
