Dear Friend: You don't have anything to be ashamed of. I'm 65 and I can tell you that everything in this world is natural. Sometimes uncomfortable things are natural happenings just because we are human. Go to a urologist. I found hope and happiness when I went to see my urologist for the first time in 1982. I still see him once a year for a checkup. I even had to have surgery for other bladder condition, but you need to check this situation out. Sometimes the bladder descends and that causes your situation. There is a little procedure that fixes that. It is reasonably easy and you can go back to your normal self. Please, please go to a urologist. They are wonderful people that are understanding and deal with these kinds of situations on an everyday basis. As for your family, let them think and say whatever they want. You take care of yourself and don't worry about the rest. You come first. I will pray for you. Marie
