Have you had any catscans done? I've had two surgerys, after two years of sinus infections was sent to ENT, right there at my first apt., the dr. drained alot of very infected flim from my sinuses, I had a blockage and the pressure was very bad. On the x-rays it showed where two little wholes had been made from pressure because I was so blocked up. It can cause a lot of pain and won't go away with antibotics if you need surgery. But you should have a ENT look at you and x-rays ect. done first. Also besides surgery I had to start allergy shots. I still get cronic sinus infections, but that doesn't mean that you will, also the pain is bad but nothing compared to what it used to be, also now treatable with antibiotics, nasal sprays, also it helps to use my personal steamer. You should probably start with ENT, and then you may also want to find out if you have allergys! Good Luck!
