I also had 4 sinus surgeries & tried all kinds of drug, final put me on anti-acid reflux drug called Reglan, I take this drug only if I am going to eat a big meal & take every night before bed. I do not take it 3 times a day like they prescribe because it makes me tired. Also sleep on two pillows, keeps the acid from backing up into the sinuses. Sinus also gave me a mild case os asthama, have very little taste & smell left but have not had an infection for over 2 years.
