I just went through the sinus operation & wish i had had the operation years ago.I suffered from chronic sinus infections all my life because of allergies.After the operation I flush my sinuses daily with a salt solution,because the celia in sinus has been damage over the years.There are several good web pages on the internet dealing with what to do about sinus maintenance.Good luck---JQ
