I have had 4 major sinus infections in the past year and antibiotics are having little effect. At this point, I am on high dose antibiotic for one month and steriod nose spray. My doctor feels that it may be best to have surgery to releive the problem. He also feels this may be the cause of the bulk of my migraine headaches. I'm just wondering how much relief I can expect from the daily sinus pressure and pain that I have had for the past year.
