I have been in exactly the same situation as yourself for the past year and have finished the high dose steroids and been using nasal spray for 6months now. Am working through various dietary things now to see if i can find any link with that. Have spoken to several people who have had surgery and half have found relief half have found no difference. I read everything i can find about this subject but to no avail.
