Gall Bladder Surgery/Pain/Common Duct

Joanna

Message 6 of 9 Previous Next

I can tell you from my experience that I had pain several weeks after my gall bladder was removed and it was endometriosis. This is a virus that females are more prone to and doctors don't identify properly. It is very painful and severe abdominal pain too on Left side. It can be treated and I had it and the surgeon never saw it or ignored it. Because 6 weeks later I was back in surgery to have it removed and no more pain. Also check to see if you have scarred tissue that could be adhering to abdominal wall and will cause the same type of pain and you think it is gall stone that may have been missed. I had two stones in the duct and was dying with pain. I could not walk and passed out from the pain being so severe. Please keep checking and get second and third opinions if still in pain after 4-6 weeks. Something is not right then....Good Luck..
