I can imagine what you must be going through. I have 2 friends with similiar symptoms. My one friend had your symptoms and the doctors thought she was faking it. Her husband saw a show on TV which described her condition exactly. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of it,but her brain was growing into her spinal cord making her extremely dizzy. All the doctors missed it on her MRI. Her husband pointed it out, she had surgery on the base of her brain and all her symptons went away and she is back to work as a nurse. My other friend, was diagnosed with MS from an MRI which showed spots on her brain, however it also showed her brain was growing into her spinal cord. The doctor said the two diagnosis were not related. She was just recently diagnosed and is not seeking help yet for the brain problem because of the MS. I would suggest you take your MRI back to the radiologist and have him specifically look for this. My friend who had the surgery in Phila. has a doctor who specializes in this.
