Have you been checked for Vertigo, it;s an inner ear problem. I've had it for years now . With the medication MECLIZINE, it brings it under control. Hope this helps Nancy p.s. This also has the same efffect, dizzy, room spinning, falling down, trouble bending down. See if you have trouble with one side more than the other. Agaain I hope this helps
