i have had dizzy spells off and on for a couple of years, and they have looked at everything. right now i have a heart monitor on to see if my heart is not beating correctly. but my doctor said lets have you try nasel spray to see if i have a sinus problem. i used the spray two days and i have almost no dizzy spell left. i will take off the monitor today after 48 hours but i now its a sinus problem. you never now what can cause this. its worth a try.
