Iam a 40 year femail and have had lupus/rheumatoid arthritus for four years +TINNITUS and physically things are tough for me.I do fluctuate butIdo i do understand how you are feeling and I wish their was someone near me who really understood but their isn't so I really hope you and I can help each other. Good luck with plight and whatever you do don't give up. at the moment the pain is bad as Iam trying to lower my steriods again as ido not want to put on weight.Iam sorry you are suffering too at least you know you are not alone as I have spent every day this crying at some stage during the day or night because I cannot deal with the the pain and the noises in ears are so loud it drives me crasy.I know that people with lupus can claim disability if you are considered unfit for work and can prove it with the necessary forms.I was assessed and you do have about 25 sheets of paper to fill out plus the relevant signitatures from the hospital that you under etc.
