I don't know about the social secority. It sounds like your Lupus is activating now and, as you know, it gets to the point that you will not be able to stay vertical. You need to see your doctor for treatment with pred or another anti-inflamatory-big time. I don't know about the social security. I have Lupus also and your symptoms sound very farmiliar...you need to get to the doctor. ALSO, he may have some insight about social security disability. He would be involved in verifying your condition for them. Go see him.
