I have had severe eczema since i was 12, I'm now 34. It has gotten to the point of being infected a few times. I know that the climate really affects. Humidity is the worst. I have recently been prescribed a new cream that has come out called donovex. It really takes the itching and pain away and sometimes it does go away for a while. I believe that it would work on eczema that isn't so severe.
