I am 15 years old and i had my tonsils and adnoids taken out 5 days ago....i am still in a great deal of pain but i am lucky to have my mom and dad and little brother ready to do anything for me if i need it! I honestly didn't think it would be this bad and i am wishing i hadn't done it even though i know it will help me in the long run....the medicines are disgusting and the pain is excrutiating.....i was thinking about putting an ice pack on my neck but i wasn't sure it was even going to help but it sounds comforting....i enjoyed reading these stories and, when i am in pain (which i hope will go away soon) i will come to this website and read these again....thank you so much!
