Hi Shayna, I'm sure you will do fine, most of the time the things we worry most about never happen. I have a question for you though. Do you drink much water? It will help clean your system of some of the toxins that can build up in the limph system. Try and stay away for soda, juice(unless fresh), and alcohol(depending on age).
