Is there a separate test for erlichiosis and babesiosis? I only know of the Western Blot test and I've heard from a physician who was a research biologist previous to becoming a physician that the Western Blot test is only accurate approximately thirty-percent of the time. I do respond to subcutaneous shots of Bicillin, but the doctors won't prescribe it for me. It's virtually impossible to get a doctor who will treat if the Western Blot is negative.
