I'm sorry to hear that your family doesn't understand that you have a health reason for being tired. Is there any way that you can show them a list of the symptoms that come with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Maybe you could print out some from this health site on the Internet and that way your family could see in black and white that fatigue is a major symptom in your disorders.
