I feel for you. The lack of energy and hurting all the time is a real bummer. The biggest hurt of all is when family decides you are "lazy". I have a daughter who does not hesitate to tell me I'm just "looking for attention". There are so many have to and want to things out there to do but when you have no get up and go , it's hard to push all the time just to get the necessities done. I have crohn's disease and the arthritis that goes with it has reached a very uncomfortable stage. I am retired now after working at own business 12 - 14 hrs/day for 31 yrs so time is not a big factor to get things done. They will just have to wait, but the hurt doesn't get any better. Whole body hurts - just like fibro. Hang in there. Some how we will survive. My hubby figures that if the house maintenance, etc. gets done, everything is okay - no help needed. Once in a while I blow off steam but most of the time just grit my teeth and hope they don't ever find out first hand what they are "blowing off." It's hard to tune out family but there are times, that you just need to pace yourself and take it a day at a time and do what your body lets you. Seems moms are supposed to be indestructible. A touch of reality if you can get it across is not a bad thing. Hang tough!
