tendonitis in both elbows, inside and outside

Hi, I got tendonitis in a sports injury when I was a teen. I really struggled with it over the next ten years and it ended a swimming career. My parents took me to every doctor they could find. We just maxed out the insurance back then. The many types of doctors and specialists. Thenk over ten years later, I found a local accunpunturist here in So CA that specialized in muscles and it took only one treatment to get me back swimming laps. Too late to do it as a career but still the children I had by then could enjoy Mommy in the pool playing with them. This accupunturist used pressure points to restore the strength of the arm muscles. I was so amazed. Its been almost twenty years since I first went to him and I have never since had tendonitis since. The few times it tried to flare up, I pushed the same pressure points and it stopped. This doctor doesn't think tendonitis is something people have to live with but tendonitis can sure be awful to have even temporarily- you have my sympathies. I wish I had run across this guy before I got my exercise visiting sports, etc etc type doctors. All very nice people and yet, I didn't get what I needed though I got an education in pain meds. I am really happy to not have my lifestyle compromised anymore. Having tendonitis in the shoulders must be really lousy. Hope this helps
