My husband was told to use an elbow wrap (it's not an ace bandage, but a specific elbow bandage), but not directly on the elbow. Everyday, he puts it on his forearm close to his elbow, and he puts it very tight. He's a drywaller so he uses his arms all day, and he said the wrap has helped tremendously. Good luck!
