I have been diabetic for 18 years and have the same pains that your husband is experiencing. It is a frm of the diabetic neuropathy that unfortunatly is one of the complications connected with diabetes. There are medications that will help slow the progression of the complicaions, but they do not nor isthere any way t halt them completely. I ent to 4 dfferent doctors and underwent numrous tests before findn out about this. Your husband should see a Neurologist who speicializes in diabetic compliations. Or even a diabetologist/endocrenologist would be of great help. My wife has putup with my moans and grownsnow for 1 years and tey do not get any etter.
