Hi, First of all have you had an allergy test. I have a son who has 50 allergies, there are alot of thing's he cannot eat and he also gets allergy shot's for the thing's he cannot avoid. I bet your allergic to something your eating or a soap( laundry soap or body soap)or if you have a pet.My other son has severe asthma, he had to take steriods daily because his breathing was so bad, from taking the steriods daily for a year and a half his adrenal glands shut down, now he has Addisons disease!!! Your addrenal glands release a natural steriod for you body when you sick or stressed or when your working really hard reguardless what it is, when you take steriods your addrenal glands get lazy and stop working and that is how you get Addisons. I would talk to your Doctor and see an allergist as soon as possible and find out what you are allergic to before you end up with more problems like my son did. Karen W.
