Hello.....i solved my hot flashes/sweating problem by increasing the soy in my diet. I drink a soy shake made with a soy protein powder mixed in soy milk every morning.....You can get soy protein powder in various flavors...i like chocolate.....There are various brands...some mix better than others...so you will have to experiment to find the one you like best...but soy in your diet does get rid of the hot flashes, etc....
