I went to a health food store and the fellow there said I could try what he suggested for his sister-in-law. In 2 months she felt like a new person. Vit E-1600IU per day, calcium/magneseum 4xday, evening primrose-3x per day, flash fighters which contain soy and black cohosh. I also use progesterone cream. Talk to a health food clerk and see if they suggest the same thing. It's helping me. You have to be patient because these things take awhile to get in your system and do their job. Good luck
