Thank you so much for this tip..I almost want to get dressed and go to the store for a package of Knox right now! I, too, have had 3 injections, and the same regimine you described..Yesterday, my podiatrist told me I would need surgery..I have been dealing with constant pain for months now. I will let you know how the Knox works!!!!!
