Dear hives, Don't give up. I too had hives for a year and a half. Went to doctors, had many tests, but found no reason why. Got to be very frustrating. They were hugh and I was always covered from head to toe. It was very embarassing. Any medication they gave me never worked. I tried everything. Then the DR. gave me claritin. It worked like a charm. Took it every day for a year. Then one day they were gone. I still don't know why I got them & probibly never will. So please don't stop trying to find out why. If you haven't already try the Claritin. It worked for me. Maybe it will work for you. You may never no why you got hives. I hope they will soon be gone from you too.
