Hi, Lisa. I just ran across your message-as I am starting to search other sites. I've had RSD since April 0f 2000. I got it as a result of a work-related injury. I was a special education teacher, and was assaulted by one of my students. It was my 14th year as a teacher. Prior to that year, I had never been touched or threatened by a student. I noticed that you, also, had been a sp. ed. teacher. Unfortunately, my workers' comp. insurance co. is really fighting this. I've had several stellate ganglion blocks, but they just lasted for several hours. I now take several anti-convulsants, and an antidepressant. I also see a neurologist in Florida who does nerve blocks and trigger point injections for me. They help for about 2 months. Please feel free to e-mail me. dadeems@juno.com Take care. Debbie
