I have had carpel tunnel repaired in both hands...one about 15 yrs ago..the other about 3 yrs ago... I know a number of people that have also had it, but I have never heard of it pulling the fingers...That almost sounds more like nerve damage, or something a little different. Were they pulled before surgery? If not, it sounds suspicious that maybe something wasn't done right, or was done wrong...I never had problems with swelling after surgery either...I had to be careful about using my hand for some time before the strength,,etc came back... You need to be evaluated by a surgeon again, BUT I would stress that you need to make sure,, the Surgeon specializes in hands, and that He is BOARD CERTIFIED....I found out the hard way once, this can make all the difference in the world....For ex. a general practioner can hang out a single and advertise he is a fertility specialist, only meaning he limits his practice to that...it does not mean he has any special training or expereince...Thanks to someone who did just that, I could have no more children..no hope...I no longer want to I'm 49 now...but you make sure you get a BOARD CERTIFIED SPECIALIST, You might be able to call your local hospitals and find out who would be good to go to.....
