I had all of the same symptoms as you have. My sympathies to you. I was finally diagnosed as Meneires Disease. That is a high pressure to the inner ear, too much fluid floating around in the ears semi-circular canals. I take Serc tablets and occaisionly an anti emetic, it works for me.
