I had the same problems but with normal blood pressure. An ear, nose and throst specialist diagnosed it as being "Meniere's Disease. There are three different types of surgery that will cure it but I haven't tried any as yet. It appears that they have to cut the nerve between the inner ear and the brain. I'm waiting until I find someone who had already undergone the surgery to see what the outcome is. Good luck.
