i have a friend who has been experiencing all of the above, including lightheadedness, headaches, balance problems, etc. drs have tried blood pressure meds, mri, ct scan, everything, they say its "all in his head" & told him to see a psychiatrist. he had a myelogram & spine surgery in 1982, someone suggested arachnoiditis, but does anyone else have any ideas?
