Hi there, Well, I hope I can help in some way. My Mom has had MS for about 7 yrs. Our family, my Dad, 2 brothers, 1 33, the other 29, and I all live at home. Mainly to give Mom any help she may need. I quit my job to be at home for awhile to take care of her. Mom is 64. She also has a problem with bladder control. Life changes. I know what you mean. I spend most of my time with my Mom, so I see, hear, notice everything. Your kids, your husband you say are supportive, that means more than you know!!!..I understand this is a life style change for them too, but more for you than anyone !!!. Do you have family or friends that can help with the kids and house?. Hey, you are more important than whether dinner is made, the wash gets done, the house is picked up ..Everyone has to understand now that things will be different from now on..Have your 14 & 15 with your husband try making dinner one night. Hey, even if it's macaroni and cheese !!.lolol. They have to all understand that your health is #1.....You said they are supportive, Do what you feel you can do, when you get tired, time out !!!!.. Call a family member, neighbor, husband, kids, whoever is on your list of helpers and ask for help !!. Don't try to be everthing to everyone !!. Big mistake!!!. With MS it is So very important to get enough rest, eat right, try to have as little tension in your life as possible.!!!. It is'nt easy, but not impossible either..God Bless You.
