There is not any treatment that will help them. At least they have not for me. I have had TOS for over 5 years, had a rib removal helps about 30 percent, but you end up with other symptoms. They go through your underarm, which when they cut they also cut muscle, and nerves to get to it. My upper arm is permanently numb, and there is nothing that can be done about it. What ever you/your daughter etc is doing to cause the pain they need to stop it asap. Mine was caused from repetitive work (typing, and holding a phone on my should for 8 hours a day).
