Hello, I to suffer with this and will pass on some possible solutions. If you haven't tried ear candles it's worth a shot. You'd be surprised how much wax can be hidden in the ear canals that is not visible by a routine ear exam. A build up of wax will keep the Eustation tube closed and unless you get the wax out it will always fill like your in a tunnel. You can purchase these candles at a health food store. Try to soften the wax first with a little peroxide in the ear before you use the candles. I have pulled out enough wax to form a ball the size of a silver dollar, while my doctor said there was no wax visible. If your ear get sore just put a little vitamin E oil in there.
