the girls are getting reinfected from some outside source, i would think. maybe you need to play detecive & track where & who they are playing with? Also, does the school check the students on a regular basis & are other children having the problem? I assume that you are washing bedding,etc.i feel for you. it has to be a awful job to clear up.
